Digital services.
Delivered clearly.
Effective 6 September 2026
OVERTURES supplies digital services. We do not ship physical goods through this website. “Delivery” means provision of the agreed hosting, cloud, software, website, consultancy, support, security or backup service, or delivery of an agreed digital milestone or access credential.
When delivery begins
After payment is cleared and the required customer information, approvals, licences, access and technical details are received, we schedule activation or the applicable milestone. The quotation or invoice states the expected delivery date, implementation window, dependencies and scope.
Hosting activation
Hosting and cloud access are normally supplied to the authorised customer contact using the agreed account or access method. The exact resources, term, support scope, maintenance window, backup arrangement and any service-level commitment are those in the accepted quotation.
Delays and customer dependencies
Dates may move when information, approvals, third-party licences, domain or DNS changes, connectivity, migration validation or customer content is late or inaccurate. We will communicate material delays and agree a revised delivery plan where practical.
Acceptance and support
Unless the quotation states another process, a delivered milestone is treated as accepted when you approve it, put it into use, or do not report a material issue within five business days. Report delivery or access issues to support@overturesinfotech.com with your invoice or order reference.
No physical shipping
Because these are digital services, courier delivery, shipping charges and physical return procedures do not apply. Any equipment, onsite work or physical item is governed only by the specific quotation that includes it.
