OVERTURES prices services according to the customer’s requirements. We do not publish one fixed hosting price because resources, software licences, migration, support, backup, security, locations and service levels vary. The accepted quotation, invoice or payment request shows the service description, term, price, taxes, payment schedule and any included or excluded items before payment.
Payment timing and taxes
Unless the quotation says otherwise, hosting and recurring services are payable in advance and project milestones are payable according to the agreed schedule. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. GST and other applicable taxes are charged as required by law and shown on the invoice.
Payment methods
Payments may be made through Razorpay or another payment method we approve. Payment confirmation is subject to successful authorisation and capture by the payment provider. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN or online-banking password.
Renewals and recurring payments
Renewals may be paid manually against an invoice or through an opt-in customer-authorised recurring payment arrangement. A recurring authorisation applies only to the agreed service and schedule. Cancelling future recurring debits does not cancel amounts already due or refund the current paid term.
Failed or late payments
If payment fails, is reversed, disputed or remains overdue, we may request correction, charge reasonable recovery costs stated in the quotation, pause provisioning, or suspend services after reasonable notice. Reactivation may require payment of overdue amounts and any applicable reactivation work stated in the quotation.
Payment queries
Send an invoice or transaction query to support@overturesinfotech.com with the invoice number, payment date and Razorpay payment reference. Do not send card credentials, OTPs or passwords by email.
